Where are you from?
I am originally from the North East of England, but now live in Glasgow with my lovely husband and a lot of animals 🙂
What can we expect from your blogs?
I write about life with bipolar, mental health and animals. My aim is to try to help other people with mental illnesses, using my own experiences.
What makes you angry?
Stigma around mental illness, and lack of understanding makes me very angry, as well as animal cruelty.
What makes you feel good?
Having people read my writing makes me feel amazing and very honoured. My friends, family and furry family (1 pup, 1 house rabbit and 5 guinea pigs) also make me very happy.
