LGBT Health and Wellbeing Glasgow is hosting the first Art for Wellbeing class of 2018 this coming Monday (22 Jan).
Art can play a big role in recovery and these sessions are perfect for folk to start out getting creative in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
No artistic experience is necessary to come along and tutors are on hand to offer guidance. Monday’s class focuses on paper and card to create cards, tags and papercraft scenes, but if you want you can check out the materials and do your own thing.
The class runs monthly from 6pm – 8pm, and the next is on Monday 22 January 2018, at Woodlands Workspace, 70 Ashley Street, Glasgow, G3 6HW.
You can find out more on the LGBT Health website.
