Our friends at the Scottish Recovery Network (SRN) and the Greater Glasgow Mental Health Network (MHNGG) want to establish resilient, sustainable and peer-led recovery networks across Glasgow and surrounding areas.
They need your help to do this. They’re holding a series of conversation cafe events for people who are interested in promoting good mental health, wellbeing and recovery.
The events will look at these questions:
- What does recovery mean to you?
- What helps you maintain good mental health?
- What helps you in your recovery journey?
- What support do you need to help you to recover and live a good life?
There are events across the city:
