What better way to launch our new project than a juicy chat with Samantha Brook, founder of The Happiness Club? Sam describes herself as “learning to be happy” and through her work empowers people who are fed up with feeling fed up. Currently, Sam runs an inclusive, donation-based Happiness Club with monthly meet-ups in Ipswich. She will also soon be launching an online membership, as well as having a book published, inspired by her own experiences!
