The best decision I’ve ever made was a firstly accepting I had a mental health problem, and secondly discovering the Glasgow Association for Mental Health.

Until then I was very much a loner with very little social skills as I found it hard to trust people. Having discovered GAMH 3 years ago I have gradually found myself getting involved in group activities and I am now at a stage in my recovery where I am now trusting more people and have made some great friends.
