Information on brand new ‘Mind and Draw’ sessions for October

Information on Mind and Draw, a Glasgow based arts project for the whole community.

Recent Mind and Draw event

Mind and Draw is a unique, accessible and inclusive project run by visual artist Garry Steven. The project provides workshops and sessions for people of all ages and abilities who want to draw, paint and be creative as well as have fun. Workshops offered include collaboration drawing; painting to music; blind drawing; pattern drawing; sensory drawing; still life, and more. At Mind and Draw there is no pressure or right and wrong answers. The aim is simply for people to enjoy and express themselves through being creative.

If you’d like to try out one of the workshops there are several taking place in the Southside and East End of Glasgow this month. All materials are provided and admission is donation based, so participants pay whatever they can afford:

  • Thursday 17th October 6.00- 7.30pm Drawing Session
  • Thursday 24th October 6.00- 7.30pm Painting to Live Music

  • Tuesday 15th October 6.00-8.00pm Painting to Live Music
  • Tuesday 22nd October 6.00-8.00pm Painting to Live Music
