Living life. What could you change to feel better? #LLday2015

At Mind Waves, we talk a lot about the little things that make a difference to our mental wellbeing. So it’s great to see that the NHS has devoted a day- August 25- to encouraging people to focus on the changes that can make you feel better.

NHS Living Life Day is a chance to talk about the things we can do to look after our mental wellbeing. They also want to raise awareness of their free helpline, Living Life, which can help you to identify the changes you can make. The helpline is based on the ideas of cognitive behavioural therapy: a talking therapy that can help you find new ways of coping. You can phone 0800 328 9655 to talk to someone about how it could help you, or learn more at their website.

In the meantime, here’s what some of our Community Correspondents do to make themselves feel better.
