The idea that technology can help people with their mental health has starting picking up a lot of interest. I personally have used the Head Space app, which offers a small dose of daily mindful meditation. I think it’s a cool idea and I know there are many other apps and digital tools that aim to help promote positive mental wellbeing out there. Despite the surge of interest there still much research to be done in the area, and you can help.

The MindTech-led project, Digital Technology for Mental Health: Asking the right questions, is looking for people to help by taking part in a survey. The survey aims to identify the 10 most pressing questions for further research into the area.

If you want to be a part of the shaping the future of the project then click here to find out more and take part in the survey. It should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete and you can enter into a prize draw to win some fab goodies.
